Aftab Currency Extends its Remittance Network to Kenya, Nigeria and Cameroon

Aftab Currency Exchange, a remittance and foreign exchange brand with a presence in three continents, has strengthened its bonds with Airtel Communications, a leader in global payments services to extend joint operations in Kenya and Nigeria. Aftab Currency has taken another initiative with Fidelity Bank with an active network of 173 branches across Nigeria to ensure transfers.

Through the mobile commerce service customers may now access these services in Kenya and Nigeria:

i. Transfer money from your mobile phone to another mobile
phone recipient.
ii. Top up your mobile phone or another customer’s mobile phone.
iii. Access and manage your Bank Account.
iv. Pay for your utility bills.
v. Accessible 24 / 7 form your phone menu.

In a joint venture with Basic PLC Cameroon, they will soon be facilitating remittance for Limbe and Douala. More points would be operational including Bamenda, Yaounde and Douala in near future.
