The ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) is pleased to congratulate two recent graduates of the ATMIA Academy.

They have all successfully completed the Academy’s International ATM Operators training and are now certified.
To gain international ATM operator certification, Awad and González-Márquez completed five courses that included comprehensive ATM operator responsibilities in custom service, cash management, ATM balancing and settlement, ATM operations and resolving the most common issues related to balancing.
