Barclays Bank Tanzania Limited (BBTL) yesterday made its mark in the country’s banking practice, become one of the most digital savvy financial institutions after launching cash deposit automated teller machines (ATMs).
BBTL Head of Products, Segments and Retail Strategy, Mr Musa Kikoi, said i-ATMs launched on Wednesday were a range of digitally advanced ATMs capable of handling diverse transactions.
He said that the bank continues to commit itself to provide clients with seamless, efficient and digitally enabled banking experience that will make their lives much easier. He continued, “At Barclays we are here to enable customers prosper.
We aim to provide consistent experience that is more flexible, convenient and responsive to their needs.” “We believe that we are now digitally dominant in this market because, we now have paperless banking, cash send, mobile banking services,” he said.
