Crystal Clear Payments Announces Strategic Alliance With Elan Financial Services

Crystal Clear Payments, a leader in payment products for community financial institutions nationwide, announced  a new strategic alliance with Elan Financial Services, a leader in EFT processing, to provide ATM and card processing for Crystal Clear Payments’ community financial institution customers.

Crystal Clear Payments is leveraging Elan’s size and long-standing investment in ATM processing technology, program management and client support services, which translates into lower fees for financial institutions. Elan Financial Services brings the experience of managing over 4 billion transactions annually, while supporting more than 35,000 ATMs.

“We are delighted and very impressed with the professionalism of the Elan staff. They have a ‘can do attitude’, unmatched technical proficiency and possess a customer first mentality. This is a winning alliance,” said Dan Cook, CEO at Crystal Clear Payments.

“We are excited to be Crystal Clear’s preferred partner for ATM and card processing services,” said Bryan Kratz, SVP and National Sales Director for Elan Financial Services. “Crystal Clear Payments is a strong and respected partner in the card processing industry and Elan Financial Services is looking forward to helping accelerate their continued growth and success.”

In addition to partnering with Elan, Crystal Clear Payments offers several niche services, such as “Fraud Moxie”, Crystal Clear’s award-winning fraud detection system, and “Crystal Clear Pure Rewards” which allows financial institutions to completely customize their own rewards programs. And now with the launch and integration of “Crystal Clear Mobile” with Elan, cardholders will have control of their card program at their fingertips. “With our mobile solution the cardholder can activate their cards, change their PINs, report their card as lost or stolen, manage and redeem their rewards accounts, interact with ‘Fraud Moxie’ and much more,” says Cook.
