EFT Source, Inc. has revealed that its patented instant issuance solution, Card@Once, has issued more than 524,000 cards to consumers within one year. The company is a provider of turnkey card programs and personalization services for ATM and debit cards for financial institutions.

In fact, studies indicate that the majority of accounts are still opened at the branch versus online. EFT Source’s instant issuance solution, Card@Once, has proven to be effective. Customers enter the branch and request a card. The data is securely transferred from the branch location to EFT Source, where it is immediately processed and converted into an encrypted print file that is returned to the branch electronically. Card@Once encodes the data and prints the card allowing the customer to walk away with a ready-to-use, permanent debit card.
