Spark Atm Systems Awarded International Certificate for Atm Operators in the Africa and the Middle East

The ATM Industry Association has announced that the first African ATM operator has been internationally certified for the industry’s professional online ATM operational training.

Riyaadh Alexander, Contact Centre Team Leader of Spark ATM Systems, based in Cape Town, has been awarded the industry endorsed International Certificate for ATM Operators.

This job-specific training for ATM Operators is offered online and has been developed by ATMIA on an international level for all ATM operators/owners irrespective of which markets they operate in. The content is based on extensive research into the operating practices and procedures of ATM businesses worldwide, drawing on ATMIA’s industry best practices and membership base of just under 5,000 individuals in 65 countries. The ATM Operators training is truly a first of its kind for the industry.
