MasterCard announced that Alfredo Gangotena will retire as the company’s chief marketing officer, effective September 1. Gangotena, 60, has been with MasterCard for nine years and has held the top marketing role since April 2010. Tim Murphy, MasterCard’s chief product officer, will add oversight of marketing to his current responsibilities on an interim basis as
