Heartland Payment Systems, has announced Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Earnings per Share of $21.0 million and $0.58, respectively, for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, compared to Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Earnings per Share of $23.1 million and $0.62, respectively, for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. GAAP net income for the quarter
