TOTAL, in collaboration with BKM Express, launches a first in Turkey with “Mobile Payment” app. The only requirement to benefit from easy, fast and secure payment without leaving the car is to subscribe to the digital wallet BKM Express, to become a Club Total member and download the TOTAL Mobile Application to smart phones.
Total in collaboration with BKM Express, introduces another first in Turkey with the payment platform that enables easy, fast and secure payment from smart phones.Now TOTAL, in collaboration with BKM Express, launches the “Mobile Payment” system in TOTAL petrol stations that will allow customers to pay without having to leave their cars. To benefit from this collaboration and make the payment without leaving the car the only requirement is to subscribe to the digital wallet BKM Express, to get the free Club total Card and to download TOTAL’s mobile app to smartphones.
THE ERA OF EASE AND SPEED IN FUEL PAYMENTS
BKM Express and TOTAL collaboration will enable Club Total and BKM Express members’ car plates, previously defined in the system, to be recognized automatically when they arrive at contracted TOTAL petrol stations to buy petrol.
With this application when the customers fill their tanks they will receive a message on their mobile phones informing that they can pay using the “Mobile Payment” option. If the customer decides to use this payment option, the TOTAL mobile app will direct them to BKM Express for the payment transaction. At this stage the customers can choose one of their bank or credit cards defined in the system and complete the payment securely. The app enables the customers to pay for the fuel in a short time ‘without leaving the car’. For security reasons, mobile devices can only be used inside the vehicle for the mobile payment
system.

The ‘Mobile Payment’ app introduced for the first time in Turkey with the collaboration of BKM Express and TOTAL also offers numerous advantages. In addition to being able to choose any card defined in the system, the users of digital wallet BKM Express can also benefit from various deals and campaigns offered by their banks. The TOTAL Mobile Application which is currently ready for the Android users will also be available for IOS users and other platforms in a short time.
