Netcash and Vanilla Payroll Partner to Simplify Salary Payments

Leading payment solutions provider, Netcash, and Vanilla Payroll, a provider of one-stop solutions for payroll administration, have announced the integration of the Netcash salary payments functionality with Vanilla Payroll software. This will enable Vanilla Payroll’s customers to streamline salary payments, increase payroll accuracy, and save time and money.

The seamless integration of Netcash and Vanilla Payroll will enable Vanilla customers to pay employees directly from the Netcash interface. They will be able to reduce time spent and increase accuracy by transferring salary batches directly from Vanilla Payroll to their Netcash account. Payments are sent to Netcash via a secure link, with no sensitive information exposed outside of the payroll software.

Netcash automatically validates all bank account details entered into the software or imported in bulk to ensure all payments will be accepted and processed on payday, with no last-minute rejections. Once a salary batch has been sent to Netcash, Vanilla Payroll displays the Netcash load report detailing transactions sent and any that may have been rejected on load.

Says Caren Guard, managing member at Vanilla Payroll: “Integration between our payroll software and Netcash makes life easy for our customers. Once set up, the payment file can be instantly exported from the payroll and uploaded to Netcash. Users have peace of mind that payment details cannot be edited once the payments have been sent to Netcash. We see a great future for our partnership with Netcash and are already exploring other ways more product integrations with Netcash could benefit our users.”

Adds Charles Pettaway, managing director at Netcash: “Netcash’s salary payments solution gives payroll managers the peace of mind of knowing that their salary payments will be made accurately and on time – with minimal manual effort. We are pleased to add a customer-focused, forward-thinking software company like Vanilla Payroll to our growing list of partners. We look forward to working with Vanilla to streamline admin for its customer base.”
