New Queue Management System in KCB Branches

In order to improve and track the quality of service offered to customers, KCB are rolling out a queue management system in some of their branches.  The bank has already launched the queue management system in sixteen branches across the country.

Each transaction is tracked from the point of entry in the waiting area up till the point that the customer is serviced. The data empowers managers with real time statistics, visitor trends and performance reports. This system sets new Key performance Indicators for continuous improvement of the service.

They will roll out the system in more branches across the country.  They have rolled out the system in the following branches.
