RiverHills Bank Selects Cummins Allison ATMs for Multiple Branch Locations

Cummins Allison, the leading innovator and provider of coin, currency and check processing technology as well as ATMs,announced that RiverHills Bank, located in Milford, Ohio, has added four Cummins Allison H22ND drive-up cash dispenser ATM models to its self-service channel.

“ADA compliance and Windows 7 were the catalyst for replacing two of our ATMs,” said Gail Burnam, senior vice president, RiverHills Bank. “We had older generation technology and justifying the upgrade cost didn’t make financial sense. Replacing our ATMs with new models that are ADA compliant, Windows 7 and EMV ready, will save us time and money in the long run.”

In addition, RiverHills Bank will install two new Cummins Allison ATMs at branch locations which previously did not offer ATM services.

“The ATM is a strategic delivery channel for banks to interface with their customers,” said Tom Conroy, senior director, ATM business unit, Cummins Allison. “We are excited to provide RiverHills Bank with new generation ATMs that will enhance service to their customers.”

Cummins Allison’s dedicated ATM installation team coordinated the rigging, branding, custom screen graphics, and interfaced with the bank’s ATM processor to ensure the needs of RiverHills Bank were met quickly and efficiently.

“Cummins Allison made our business its first priority,” said Burnam. “Their consultative approach took into account our current and future needs to ensure we were implementing the best solution to meet our needs today, and into the future.”
