Twin Peaks Restaurant Chain Taps MyCheck Mobile Payment Technology Platform for Its First Branded Mobile Payment App

Twin Peaks, the ultimate sports lodge known for its made-from-scratch kitchen, rugged atmosphere, and ultimate sports viewing experience, announced it is partnering with MyCheck, a leading mobile payment technology platform, to provide new avenues for customer engagement via its own branded mobile payment app. The new Twin Peaks mobile app will allow customers to view, split and pay their bill from their phone using Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Wallet, debit or credit cards; order additional menu items, and access exclusive rewards and special offers only redeemable in the app.

“At Twin Peaks we are always looking for new ways to heighten our guest experience without detracting from our core value proposition – delicious food from the best kitchen in sports combined with the ultimate sports viewing experience. By partnering with MyCheck, we will not only extend our brand, but provide guests with the speed and ease of secure mobile payments, including the option to order another round from our great variety of beers, split the check among friends and pay – all from their phone,” said Pete Bell, chief marketing officer, Twin Peaks. “In addition, our app will allow Twin Peaks to automate how we reward our loyal customers, surprising and delighting them in real-time on their phones, with our promotional programs seamlessly integrated into our point of sale system.”

“We are pleased to partner with Twin Peaks restaurants, which understands that a branded mobile payments app is a vehicle for driving greater customer engagement, as it literally puts the brand in the hands of consumers and keeps it top-of-mind,” said Tal Zvi Nathanel, U.S. CEO of MyCheck. “The MyCheck platform also provides Twin Peaks with robust data and analytics so they can glean deeper customer insights, test and streamline menu and promotional offerings, and have the information to support new marketing strategies.”
