Basware has signed a corporate wide agreement with CRAMO concerning Purchase to Pay (P2P). CRAMO offers overall solutions for the construction sector and meets the private and public sectors’ needs of machinery, equipment and modular facilities. The agreement initially covers 1.500 users in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany and Austria.
By gathering solutions for purchasing, catalogs, e-orders, invoicing and e-invoicing in the same platform, Basware simplifies the management of over 500.000 invoices that annually pass the CRAMO operations. Basware’s purchasing portal also improves CRAMO’s ability to send electronic orders to its suppliers. The agreement also includes Basware Catalogs that enables a more structured purchasing.
– After a long selection process, we found that Basware stood out as the supplier that could best meet our requirements for a total solution. It is both a functional and easy to use solution that can be easily integrated with our existing systems. The Basware solution complements the Basware Commerce Network that simplifies our transaction management linked to e-invoices and purchasing catalogs, says Martin Holmgren, Vice President Fleet Management at CRAMO Services AB.
CRAMO also chooses Basware Analytics, the reporting tool that provides an instant insight into financial processes, statistical reports with its associated KPIs and spend analysis of purchasing, order and invoicing.
– It is exciting to see how our automation solutions quickly enhance the quality of administrative and financial processes. Basware enable companies such as CRAMO to get a much better overview of the entire flow from Purchase to Pay in a single platform. It is really great that another major player in the construction sector chooses to cooperate with us, says Herman von Greiff, Swedish Country Manager at Basware.
Implementation is made successively in the different countries with immediate start in Finland.
